"Tumi Club" Members:
If you have previously given us your email address, your login has already been added to the website. Sign in with that email address and the temporary password "Tumi". You can then change your password by clicking "Your Account" on the top right corner of every page, then clicking "Account Details", and then click the bold section of "To change account details or password please click here "
If you are a member but did not give us your email address, please contact us via phone, email or in person so we can link your store profile to your website profile.
Tumi Club members who have earned their 10% discount will also enjoy that discount on the website, and vice versa. That is why we must link the two using the email address. Store and website sales are accumulated together to earn the discount.
Giving us your email address does not mean you have to receive our emails about sales, newly arrived inventory, or Port Jefferson events. You control that by adding or removing the checkmark in front of "Allow Promotional Emails", controlled by you using the directions above to change your password.
